Refund policy

At Beya, we want you to feel confident and happy with every purchase. Each order is carefully prepared and inspected before it leaves us. However, if something isn't quite right, we're here to help. 

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been packed or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and will fall under the return policy outlined below. 

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Returns 

Due to the nature of skincare products and hygiene regulations, opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded. 

To be qualify for a return:

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. 
  • The item must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging.
  • The product must be in the same condition you received it. 
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined and returned to the customer. 

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items 

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. 

Include: 

  • Your order number 
  • A short description of the issue 
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging 

Once reviewed, we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund. 

Refunds 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. 

If approved: 

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method. 
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our side. 

Exchanges 

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the eligible item and place a new order. 

Non-Returnable Items 

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used skincare products 
  • Products not purchased directly from the official Beya store 
  • items returned with prior approval 
  • Items not in their original packaging 
  • Sale or discounted items 

Allergic Reactions and Skin Sensitivity

Skincare products may affect individuals differently. For this reason, Beya cannot guarantee specific results for every skin type.

We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full application.

Refunds or returns cannot be issued for:

  • Personal skin reactions 
  • Allergies or sensitivities 
  • Dissatisfaction with product results

Return Shipping 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product 
  • An incorrect item sent by us

We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost returns 

Refused Returns 

Beya reserves the right to refuse returns that:

  • Do not comply with this policy 
  • Show signs of use or tampering 
  • Are submitted outside the stated timeframe

Include your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 1-3 business days.

This policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa and outlines the terms under which returns, refunds and replacements may be processed. Beya Skin reserves the right to change this return policy at any time without prior notice.
