Shipping Policy

Order Processing 

1.We aim to get your skincare favourites to you as quickly as possible. 

  • Standard orders" Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing and packaging.
  • Sales and Launches: During high-volume periods (like black Friday or new product launches), processing may take up to 7 business days. 
  • Note: We do not ship or process orders on weekends or public holidays.

2. Estimated Delivery Times 

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Main Hubs (JHB, DBN,CPT): 2-4 business days 
  • Reginal/Outlying Areas: 5-7 business days 

3. Address Changes and Redirects 

Please double check your shipping address at checkout.

  • We cannot change the delivery address once the order has been dispatched.
  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a re-delivery fee will apply.

4. Missing or Stolen Packages 

Beya Skin is not responsible for packages once they have been marked as "Delivered" by the courier. If you received a delivered email but you haven't received it, please contact the courier service directly or reach out to our support team within 48 hours so we can assist with an inquiry.
